What is Micro Fitness?

Micro Fitness is the world's only real-time application for tracking and logging workouts across your devices. Whether you're training to become Mr.Olympia or just getting started with a coach, our app is designed to help you track every rep along the way.

The website is a work-in-progress. We make weekly updates on Documentation Duesdays based on your feedback.

Why Micro Fitness

Planning in-depth workout programs with your thumbs is just plain silly. We built the web app first, used it as a progressive web app for a bit, then discovered we needed OS-level features like long-term offline support and notifications.

Micro Fitness is right for you if you're self-disciplined, self-motivated, and want to track and manage your workouts to extreme detail. Our mission is to provide a tool that gets out of your way so that you can get on with the more important things in your life.

How to use Micro Fitness

Micro Fitness is primarily designed for use in a non-mobile browser for planning and management. Though the mobile applications have complete feature parity, they are meant for just logging and minor corrections.
